Carabiner from S-Biner series in the XT version from Nite Ize. It stands out for being made of aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum alloy, allowing it to withstand loads of up to 226 kilograms. Like many models in the S-Biner series, it uses the SlideLock closure system to prevent accidental opening and thus the unwanted loss of carried gear.
The carabiner’s design is based on a thick, S-shaped aluminum core encased in smooth edges. The carabiner can be easily clipped onto a belt loop or backpack strap, and can also be used to carry a water bottle, tools, and other heavier accessories. It’s a great addition to the gear of those who spend time outdoors, but also serves as a temporary mount for equipment in a workshop or during other tasks.
